Territory Sales Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Territory Sales Manager remote position will be based in or near the surrounding area of Atlanta, GA or in Florida. Position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and will handle major food service, retail customers and distributors throughout the southeast which may include Florida, Georgia and parts of Tennessee and the Carolinas. The ideal candidate will develop direct relationships with accounts and call on new target accounts to promote the organization's products and/or services with the goal to increase product/service representation among customers and end users in the territory.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience - preferably within the food services and retail costumers.
• Ability to serve as individual contributor to lead by example.
• Strong business acumen to identify business risks and opportunities with ability to recommend solutions to deliver desired outcome
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, make decisions and solve problems effectively
