- Base Salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 with additional monthly sales commission earnings

What you'll do
- Analyze market data and develop action plans to increase sales results within your territory
- Execute the Territory Sales Plan and meet the sales growth objectives assigned to your area.
- Adhere to a consistent call cycle in accordance with the sales department's guidelines and protocols
- Introduce new products, programs, promotions, and training tools to customers to help them increase their sales volume of Unilock products
- Track all territory-based activities and submit daily sales reports electronically
- Research new account opportunities, open accounts, and provide training for new customers
- Conduct ongoing education and training sessions for customers
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
What you need to succeed
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- A college degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Business or Manufacturing
- Must reside within Western Connecticut or New York Putnam/ Westchester County
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen sense of urgency, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer objections and inquiries
- A valid driver's license with a clear driving record
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to lift to 30 lbs
