Job Description
  • Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs, including renowned Professional Sales Training and certification opportunities.
  • Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and identify competitive advantages.
  • Empower dealer teams with training and resources to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc.
  • Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors. Maintain high standards for deliverables, including visual appearance, branding, and user experience.
  • Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms.
  • Champion the company's reputation as a sales leader.
Qualifications
  • Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
  • Positive Can-Do energized attitude;
  • Post Secondary Education;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building materialindustry (Selling or installing);
  • Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events and building customer relations
  • Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada fortraining/meetings.
  • This job is home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Must have easy access to Southern NY and Southwest CT
  • Overnight travel is to be expected for sales and training purposes.
