Base + Commission: $60,000-$100,000 per year - Full TimeJOB SUMMARY As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be the face of Wisper in your designated area. You will be out in the field, meeting new customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored internet solutions at their front door.This is more than just sales-it's about building relationships and changing lives by connecting people to the power of the internet. This role has a base pay of $15 per hour plus a minimum of $75 per installed sale as commission, with the opportunity to earn, on average, over double your base pay with incentives. Some members of our team are approaching six figures - with UNLIMITED earning potential, Wisper Internet is the place to bring your closing and sales skills!Schedule: Flexible scheduling, must be available to work evenings and weekends to maximize prospective customer contact.What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving Sales: You'll be responsible for growing your territory by building relationships with both potential and existing customers. Whether you're generating leads or following up on opportunities, you'll be working hard to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Owning Your Territory: As a territory sales expert, you'll be out in the field, actively networking, attending local events, and establishing Wisper as the top choice for wireless internet in your area.
- Increasing Revenue: Your efforts will directly contribute to driving growth in your assigned territory, helping the company expand while you build your own success.
- Acquiring new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads.
- Supporting team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned.
- Achieving monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
- Staying well-informed about our competitors' activities in assigned territory; informing manager of changing competitive pricing programs, marketing directives, or door-to-door sales tactics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle. (Mileage reimbursement available)
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate to maximize prospective customer contact.
- A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
