Staffmark is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join a global leader in medical and industrial foot controls. If you have at least five years of technical sales experience, are customer-focused, and possess strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, this is your opportunity to advance your career with a direct-hire role.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
Responsibilities:
* Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales performance and objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to new and existing customers.
* Manage budgets and control expenses within assigned territory.
* Foster strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement both short- and long-term sales strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Project, Design, Marketing, Production) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and on time.
Qualifications:
* Associate's Degree in Business or related field, or 5+ years of sales experience.
* Proven experience in territorial sales, key account management, and project management.
* Strong knowledge of business practices, procedures, and technical sales.
* Proficient in computer applications and sales tools.
* Ability to travel for customer visits (15-20%).
* Familiarity with electro-mechanical products is a plus.
