Responsible for leveraging cutting edge technology to solve business problems at American Airlines by participating in all phases of the development process from inception through transition, advocating the agile process and test-driven development, using object-oriented development tools to analyze, model, design, construct and test reusable objects, and making the codebase a better place to live and work.American Airlines is a commercial airline providing passenger and cargo transportation throughout North America, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. As an Associate Developer, you will be responsible for:Leading the design, development, implementation, and execution of test scripts/test plans to identify software problems and their causes.Planning and organizing efforts to build automated test scripts for American Airlines PSS Application team.Developing and maintaining a QA benchmark for performance success metrics and measure all future product releases against those standards using different Automation tools.Developing plans, procedures, and programs to monitor and evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the system under test.Coordinating with different project teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases.Continuous monitoring and mentoring of Testing team members and perform code reviews for them.Ensuring processes are followed as designedReviewing weekly testers' status report and taking necessary actions.Attending weekly meetings for projects and providing inputs from the testers' perspectiveQualifications:Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/trainingExperience coding in JAVA & Selenium.Knowledge in Postman, ReadyAPI, and Rest or Web Services.1 year Java experience1 year Test Automation experience1 year Web servicesMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMeticulous attention to detailAvailable to work full-timePreferred Experience:Rest ServicesAdditional Information:Duration:Full-TimeLocation:Fort Worth, TXSalary:$35.00/Hour (Plus Benefits)Benefits:Low Cost Health InsuranceFree Training (Program specific)Paid VacationPaid Company HolidaysEducation Assistance/Reimbursement (Toward first degree - Bachelors/Associates)Individual Mentor401k Retirement SavingsInterest free loans (Case basis)About Us:At WOS, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and ensuring a workplace free from all forms of discrimination or harassment.
