Introduction

We are seeking a Test Center Tech to join our Test centers team. You will be responsible of the setup, operation, analysis, and reporting of tests performed on mineral samples. Activities include crushing, representative splitting, specific gravity, bulk density, particle size distribution using multiple methods, and involvement in development projects. In this position, you will report to the Test Center Technician supervisor.

This position is mainly located in Manchester, PA.

You will join a team of Technicians and engineers committed to performing mineral testing. We work closely with internal stakeholders such as the engineering team. Our team culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering diverse, tailored solutions for equipment sizing and sale. The members on our team are in Manchester, PA.

What you'll do:

* Operate and Optimize Test Center Equipment: Set up and run circuits for crushing, grinding, classification, filtration, dewatering, flotation, and more to deliver accurate test results.

* Perform and Evaluate Tests: Conduct physical property tests on mineral samples and generate reports to assist customers make informed decisions.

* Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Ensure Test Center equipment is running at peak performance by troubleshooting, maintaining, and calibrating systems.

* Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor Test Center Utility staff and Interns, sharing your knowledge and expertise to develop a great team.

* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to support development projects and process optimization efforts.

* Ensure Safety: Prioritize safety in everything you do, identifying hazards and maintaining a safe working environment.
