ARE YOU READY TO ADVANCE IN YOUR CAREER?Volt is immediately hiring an Entry Level-Electrical engineer to support a key client, located in Milwaukee, WI.As long as you have the desire for motorcycles and engines this would be a great growth opportunity for you.As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will:Assist with equipment setup in test chambers per the requirements of the CustomerVerify product testing power requirements and facility needs.Review and understand Product Test Plans.Compile test results and complete Test Reports for submittal to Customer.Verify proper equipment is used and calibrations are up to date.Estimated Durtion-12+ monthsThe ideal candidate will want to learn:Experience with, or ability to be trained in, NFPA 70E (Training for Electrical Safety in the Workplace)Familiarity working with medium/high voltage equipment (300V DC, 480V 3 Phase AC, Arc Flash Level 2 protection)Familiarity with NH Research EquipmentExperience using wire bondersExperience with data acquisition systemsFirm understanding of power fundamentalsAbility to read complex electrical diagrams and schematicsAbility to use common electrical tools to fabricate electrical devicesExperience with electrical research and developmentEducation:Technical degree related to Electrical Engineering (open to entry level!)This is a full-time, contingent opportunity.Pay Rate: $30.00 – 37.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
