Job Title: Test Engineer II
Location: Everett, WA - onsite 5 days/week
Duration: Perm
Salary: 75k-116k
Interview Process: 30 min phone screen and 1.5hr onsite panel interview
Must haves:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution
· At least 2 years of related experience engineering experience
· Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics
· Ability to programing in LabView/Teststand, C#, Matlab, C++, Java, etc.
· Root cause analysis using various Problem-Solving methodologies
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results
Preferred:
· Comfortable working problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
· Experience working in a metric/goal-driven environment
· Hands-on approach/experience with manufacturing processes preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively able to present information and respond to feedback at any level within the global organization.
Day to Day:
· Plan and implement test systems as needed for new product introductions
· Support, maintain, and improve test systems throughout the factory
· Drive internal and external quality improvements using root cause analysis and countermeasures
· Identify and drive cost saving opportunities within the factory
· Advise design engineering of existing production capabilities, equipment, facilities, and standard practices to contribute to the development of new designs
· Troubleshoot and maintain electrical I/O communication boards for various stations
· Coordinate design changes for existing stations as per product requirements
· Validate test stations using software and hardware
· Provide technical assistances for hardware and software debugging
· Review test results and analyze test data from database and improve yields
