Description

The Altus team supports a high-impact program designed to deliver rapid intelligence and cyber solutions to mission partners across various government sectors worldwide. Our work involves a broad spectrum of services, including intelligence operations, cyber defense, technical support, and emerging threat innovation. Through strategic partnerships, we provide an adaptable, task-based solution to meet mission-critical needs efficiently and effectively.

In this role, youll immediately contribute to securing and supporting essential mission systems across the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Leads and manages the software testing efforts of an Agile Product Team.

* Create and execute test plans, ensure the quality of software releases, and identify and report any defects or issues

* Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure all software is tested thoroughly and meets the required quality standards

* Mentor and coach junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing; supervises and mentors subordinate project staff.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in closely related IT discipline

* 5+ years of position specific relevant experience.

* DoD 8570.01-m Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work
