10Pearls is seeking a Test Lead to oversee our testing practices for our customer projects.This job can be done remotely in the United States or onsite (post-COVID).Your day-to-day:Work as a team member on projects to champion excellence in software testing.Ensure testing industry best practices are followed throughout the duration of projects to drive success.Escalate project-related testing issues to the Project Manager.Conduct training for new team members on writing good requirements-based test cases (various types including system, integration, UAT, End to End).Conduct training for new testing team members on executing test cases and logging defects.Conduct training for new development team on defect management.Upload test cases to ALM and/or Azure DevOps, as needed.Provide leadership with current testing status at least twice a day on active cycles.Configure and set up ALM and/or Azure DevOps Test Lab for execution.Lead Defect Triage meetings to facilitate defect visibility and to quickly move to resolution.Provide support and mentoring to testers during testing cycles.Your background:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Minimum of 5+ years of software testing experience.Minimum of 3+ years of ALM and/or Azure DevOps experience.Very strong Excel skills.Firmly rooted in requirements-based Testing approaches and practices.Strong leadership capabilities.Very effective team player.Excellent written and oral communication skills.About 10Pearls:10Pearls is a global, purpose-driven digital technology partner helping our clients re-imagine, digitalize and accelerate their businesses.The Washington Post has referred to 10Pearls as a double-bottom-line company that balances profits with our responsibility to our communities.We are growing rapidly and looking for talented people to join our team.
