Follows the work schedule and productivity expectations developed by the Test Strip Production Coordinator. Should be well organized with a good attention to detail. Must be dependable; be able to work independently; have good color perception; be able to handle working with jigs, fixtures and the slitting machine; understand and respect the delicacy of the products working with; follow instructions exactly; be motivated towards products and process improvement; and be able to work closely with other staff members since much of process requires two person operations. Must be able to transport up to 40 pounds. Hrs. are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with overtime as needed. Skills & Requirements Qualifications
