We are currently seeking a skilled Test Technician to fulfill our client's requirements in the field of RF/Electronics Testing.
Position Description:
- Electronic Circuitry and RF Theory: Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of electronic circuitry and RF theory.
- Schematic Diagrams and Drawings: Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams and drawings.
- Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting to component level and document testing and troubleshooting with non-conformance reports.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers and Engineering teams to ensure effective testing procedures.
- Test Equipment Operation: Utilize various commercial test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, and multi-meters.
Skills Required:
- Experience in RF/Electronics Testing: 2-4 years of experience in RF/Electronics Testing is required.
- Secret clearance required
Skills Preferred:
- Test Equipment Operation: Experience with test equipment such as DVM scope, power supplies, and current meters.
- Computer Skills: Background with computer software, hardware, and network fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel: Experienced user of Microsoft Windows and Excel for data analysis and documentation purposes.
Experience Required:
- Education: Requires a High School or Trade School diploma or its equivalent.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electronic technology acquired through advanced study of up to two (2) years.
Education Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
