- Business testing manager with a solid grounding in project management and business analysis principles with significant stakeholder engagement experience across both Technology and Business. 7+ years.
- Testing / QA Manager will manage all testing governance for the US FRTB Program (SA-CVA, BA-CVA), providing support for dry run production testing .
- Ensures a safe and timely delivery of all technology systems in preparation for production release.
Key responsibilities include:
- UAT Testing Manager who Runs testing calls between Technology, Risk, and Finance testing teams to facilitate issue remediation
- Works to plan new testing cycles to ensure smooth delivery of requirements and traceability
- Ongoing Management reporting for JIRA metrics and defectsroup
- Test Planning
- Test Strategy
- JIRA Management
- Defect Prioritization
- Testing Oversight
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum 7 years experience.
- Must be an energetic self starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction
- Project management experience in major/complex institutions ( Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms)
- Ability to put together reporting and high quality presentations for Senior Management
- Knowledge of JIRA and experience with issue management and resolution; ability to creare reporting out of JIRA for senior management reporting purposes
- Strong team player
- FO test / CVA experience
