What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Basic math and mechanical skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment, stand and walk for the duration of the shift, stoop, bend, crouch, twist, and lift 50 pounds
What You'll Do as a Support Operator
- Assist in machinery operation in all areas of the plant
- Ensure all orders are produced according to job specifications
- Maintain and clean equipment and work area
- Accurately account for order quantity and packaged quantity
- Determine when equipment needs repair
- Assist in Equipment repairs
- Maintain safety while operating finishing equipment
- Perform other tasks as assigned
