At The Holy Donut, we take a great deal of pride in how we treat each other, and in the high-quality products we create every day. We are seeking a leader to help develop our staff and product workflows at our Brunswick location.

The AGM, following the General Manager's direction, develops and guides their staff to effectively execute the Holy Donut's mission: “To impress and excite our guests in a way that cultivates loyalty and inspires them to share their experience.” The AGM will assist with delivering quality products and services, interviewing, hiring, and developing team members, and coordinating other logistical aspects of the store. A successful AGM will work closely with the General Manager to develop their own managerial skills and together oversee the Holy Donut retail location. We are looking for a leader in our community that takes pride in their work and wants to be part of our team in bringing smiles to the faces of our teammates and guests.

In this position, we are seeking someone who will naturally foster positivity and teambuilding, model situational leadership, honesty, and integrity, and be a master problem-solver with creative yet organized solutions. They will thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, work towards professional growth opportunities within the company, and possess appropriate technical skills (Google and Microsoft suites).

There are no formal educational requirements for this position. However, some college or equivalent training is preferred. 2-5 years proven supervisory experience in a production environment, commercial kitchen, coffee shop, or other similar hospitality industry is required.
