Participate in mentoring/orientation of staff. Consider factors related to safety, cost, and impact in planning the delivery of care. - Under the direction of the RN, provide leadership in the professional practice setting. Demonstrate knowledge and competency. - Anticipate occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Tasks may involve potential contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues.
