Complete documentation as required.- Maintain resident's environment and safety as per the care plan, including promptly answering call lights, providing safety equipment, and maintaining cleanliness. Report and document any malfunctions in equipment.- Fulfill resident's nutritional needs according to the care plan, honoring preferences and choices. This includes meal delivery and assistance with feeding. Complete documentation as required.- Support resident's rehabilitative needs as per the care plan, including range of motion, ambulation, transfers, and use of assistive devices. Complete documentation as required.- Report resident's rights, refusals, and concerns to the Charge Nurse promptly, and identify any changes in physical, emotional, or psychosocial status.- Be aware of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and take necessary precautions during tasks involving contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues.
