The Senior Construction Manager will work at our heavy industrial project site located in Michigan.

Particular responsibilities may vary by project; however, they essentially include:
- Responsible for overall field operations of a project from the standpoint of scheduling, contracts, conformances to drawings, specifications, and customer relations.
- Ability to work independently and utilize value judgment without supervision.
- Prepares contract extras and progress payments for client approval working with the Project Manager.
- Utilizes expertise to ensure contractor work is correct, safe, and meets the intent of the drawings.
- Maintain comfortable business type relations with the clients.
- Meet project schedule.
- Provide proper correspondence with clients such that all project issues are handled in a clear, concise and friendly manner.
- Maintain responsive, smooth relations with parallel operation within The Perry Group.
- Maintains on-site records and files per The Perry Group document control requirements.
- Understand The Perry Group Quality Policy Statement.
- Follow the Quality Systems Work Instructions.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
The Senior Construction Manager shall have the following:
- Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or,
- Twelve (12) or more years of relevant experience with an Associate degree or,
- Fifteen (15) or more years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
The Bachelor's or Associate degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar technical field.

**Background Check and Drug Testing Information:**
