The Therapeutic Coaching Team Lead will be responsible for providing direct supervision to a team of Coordinators and working collaboratively on building and developing an effective START PLAN for the people being supported.Key/Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative supervision to START Coordinators and daily clinical triage supportMaintain linkages and relationships with community partnersEnsure the coordination of support meetings and crisis plans for individuals served through STARTShare on-call responsibilities to ensure 24/7 response to crisis situations within one hour of call telephonically and within 24 hours of call face-to-faceParticipate in recurring meetings with START leadership, clinical team, and Resource CenterDevelopment of cross-systems crisis plans, intake/assessments, intervention and outcomes and any other applicable documentation of services providedMaintain a small, active caseload (about 5 cases) until START Coordinator Certification is achievedFollowing certification, team leader caseload should be fluid and temporary to provide opportunity to support START Coordinators when neededMinimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities ( e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.)Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.All Therapeutic Coach Team Leads m ust meet the fol lo w i ng m i n i mum requirements:MA in Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other Human Service fieldAt least 2 yrs experience working with individuals with I/DD and mental health and/or challenging behavior needs preferredOne year supervisory experience strongly encouragedPrior experience as a START Coordinator preferred or the ability to become certified within 12 monthsPreferred Qualification Requirements ( desired requirements beyond MQRs above)Experience working with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities a plusCompensation:$65,000.00For more information about the YAI Network, please visit our website at www.yai.org.
