  • Making authentic connections with the youth (males, females, non-binary confirming).
  • Working collaboratively with the youth's team.
  • Developing activities that will increase social skills, communication, and peer relationships.
  • Using strength-based interventions that address the youth's behavioral health needs.
  • Supporting the youth and family in developing a risk management plan developed with a master level clinician
  • Driving is required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Service field and 1 year relevant experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth; OR
  • Associate's degree in Human Service field and 1 year relevant experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth; OR
  • High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 2 years relevant experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • All are welcome but MALES strongly encouraged to apply in order to provide supports to male youths in the program
  • Knowledge of and ability to assess - human growth and development, principals of Wraparound and Systems theory
