Job Overview:We are currently hiring for a Therapist to join our team in St. Charles, MO. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, families, and couples addressing mental health challenges. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients based on their individual needs, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques to help clients develop coping strategies, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being. Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide individual, group, family, and other practical counseling services in a variety of settings to meet client needs and goals

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans based on client needs

+ Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing feedback on cases

+ Document services provided and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure authorized services and provide information within specified time frames

+ Represent the agency in a professional manner, maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers

+ Handle crisis situations and provide emergency services as needed

+ Provide clinical supervision, training, and consultation to team members as needed

Education and Experience Qualifications:

+ Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field

+ Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist

+ Willingness to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services

Additional Requirements:

+ Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

+ Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment

+ Thorough knowledge of therapeutic principles and practices in mental health and/or substance abuse services

+ Detailed understanding of rehabilitation techniques and alternative treatments
