Job Description: Are you looking for a rewarding career providing therapeutic services to high school or middle school students in the Manchester School District? Look no further! This position is full-time, located on-site at a designated school. The clinician in this position provides clinical intake services, individual and group therapy, and staff consultation. The clinician will serve as a bridge between the school district and The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester for students in need of mental health support Requirements Key Responsibilities: Clinical Intake services for treatment at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. Facilitate group therapy, provide individual therapy, consult with staff at both The Manchester School District and The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Assess students when expressing suicidal ideation or when in crisis and collaborate with NH Rapid Response Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well as a team member. Strong computer skills and maintaining confidentiality are required, as well as frequent documentation in our electronic medical records. Receive weekly clinical supervision. Attending Evidence-Based Practice consultation and training. Receive weekly support and collaborate with clinical and school behavior teams. Requirements Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are a must. Accounting/financial skills are preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Education: Masters degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field required. License eligible required. License preferred. Bilingual is a plus. Qualifications: Must have experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families in a clinical and/or school setting. Skills and Competencies: Commitment to teamwork Self-Starter, Independent Time management and organizational skills are a must. Excellent ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners.
