We are seeking Therapists to work in our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). Under general supervision, our therapists are responsible for completing evaluation and therapeutic services to mental health consumers in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include completion of complex psychosocial assessments, treatment team participation, treatment planning/monitoring, and discharge planning. Provides individual, family and group counseling to consumers and their families. Benefits: Employee Assistance Program- We offer EAP services to all full-time and part-time employees. EAP services include legal assistance, financial consultations, access to work-life specialists, and up to 4 counseling session This position requires: Masters Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with a supervised clinical practicum Degree must be license eligible Clinical license (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LAMFT, LPC, LAPC) and have experience working in the social services field; preferred Someone who is dedicated to quality work Someone who is a self-starter and goal orientated A valid Georgia drivers license with no more than 6 points Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork Computer experience Who we are: Legacy Behavioral Health Services provides support within 10 counties in South GA, Ben-Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Cook, Echols, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, Tift, and Turner County. Requires varying hours of duty to provide monitoring, educational and/or crisis handling, as well as travel to off campus locations in LBHS or personal vehicle.
