Paid time off + Paid Holidays Employment models that prioritize creativity, culture, and compensation Industry-leading compensation pay models Reasonable caseload expectations and flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time options Free Supervision Free attendance + paid time (dependent on pay model) for internal CEUs Amazing colleagues who are passionate about destigmatizing mental health Comfortable & inviting clinic environment, with furnished offices Required Skills/Abilities: Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc. Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments. Responsibilities include: Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation. Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic setting Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations; full-time: 25 hours, part-time: 10-24 hours Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Ellie was proudly founded by clinicians on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. This allows for a hybrid clinician schedule to collaborate with the team in the clinic and work from home! Our clinics are structured to remove many of the obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. Ellie makes the clinicians experience a priority by offering excellent compensation, benefits, training, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEUs, and an incredibly inclusive environment. Additionally, Ellie assists in providing centralized administrative support, technology, some referral support, scheduling, and client/therapist matching. There is the opportunity to provide tele-health services, but you do need to be able to commute into the office on a regular basis.
