We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our team on a contract basis.Position Overview:We are looking for 1-2 New York State Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide high-quality mental health services to our senior clients on a part-time contract basis. This role offers flexible hours (up to 10 hours per week) and the opportunity to contribute to a pioneering mental health program for older adults. We need professionals who can work independently while being collaborative team players, supporting a multidisciplinary team that includes a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatrist, and Health Coach. This position requires the ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to senior clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
- Contribute to the development of innovative mental health programs for seniors.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State license (LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) required.
- Must be able to work East Coast hours.
- Specialized training or experience working with older adults is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and willingness to conduct virtual sessions.
- Knowledge of Medicare billing procedures is a plus.
- Comfortable working with a diverse team and contributing to a startup environment.
Work Schedule and Availability:
- Flexible contract work arrangement up to 10 hours per week.
- Available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).
- Ability to coordinate schedules for client-facing sessions and team meetings.
- The role involves 6-12 week therapy sessions with varying caseloads based on client needs.
