Insight Global is looking for two clinical therapists for one of our residential treatment center clients in Trenton, NJ and Glassboro, NJ. These social workers will be responsible for supporting adolescent youth individuals living in the RTCs. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic services to individuals within a supportive and therapeutic environment, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions that contribute to the overall well-being and recovery of adolescent individuals, creating specific treatment plans per case, documentation of all sessions done within 72 hours (group and individual). The case load for both positions is between 5-6 individuals with minimum of 2 hours of individual care, as well are 2 hours of group sessions weekly. These two openings require a commitment to youth adolescent individual-centered care, adherence to ethical standards, and the ability to thrive in a challenging yet rewarding setting. Required Skills & Experience Masters or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field and a license to practice independently in NJ including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD. OR Masters level therapist licensed to practice in NJ including LSW and LAC under the on-site supervision of a NJ independently licensed therapist with a documented plan to achieve independent clinical licensure within 3 years.
