Therapist The Therapist, provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. Compensation Range: Therapist I (Associate): $54,600 - $87,300 Therapist II (Independent): $64,400 - $103,100 Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position Schedule: Part Time, 0.5 FTE (20 hrs/wk), working Monday through Thursday with the exact schedule developed around the Adult IOP Program operating hours of 3:00pm to 8:00pm and will include availability for site meetings. How Therapists Empower Recovery:
- Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.
- Co-Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.
- Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices.
- Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.
- Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.
- Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team's overall mission.
Qualifications:
- Current Associate or Independent licensure required in the state of employment required.
- Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required.
- Must have valid driver's license and be authorized to drive.
- Current basic life support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire.
- Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker's Permit obtained within 30 days of employment.

- Holidays: Employees not working at a residential or inpatient facility are eligible for 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
- Non-exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility will receive premium pay at a rate of double time if they are scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
- Employees hired on or after February 20, 2022, will receive premium pay at a rate of time and-a-half if scheduled and work on one of ten designated holidays.
- Exempt employees working at a residential or inpatient facility who are scheduled to work on a holiday may take the holiday on a different day during the same pay period. Additionally, non-exempt employees are eligible or various shift and weekend differentials.
