Being Physician owned and operated has kept us grounded and focused on the continuum of care in long-term care and assisted living communities while always putting our patients and partnering facilities' interests first.Position OverviewAs a Psychotherapist with Partners in Hope LLC - Psychiatry, you will be an integral part of a rapidly growing company that has created an innovative approach to providing quality psychiatric services to improve the overall health, well-being, and outcomes of patients. In this role, utilizing flexibility and autonomy, you will create your own schedule as you work as a part of the interdisciplinary team to provide psychotherapeutic services to residents in both skilled nursing and assisted living settings.Responsibilities Perform initial comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient mental health needs and psychosocial wellbeing. Develop an individualized treatment plan conducive to patient needs and goals. Provide ongoing psychotherapy to address patient social, emotional, and psychological needs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and partnered facility staff to ensure continuity of care. Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.Requirements Candidate must hold a master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution. Candidate must hold an active, unrestricted license in the state for which you are applying. Candidate should have a demonstrated knowledge of psychotherapeutic treatment modalities and mental health diagnoses Candidate should have strong communication skills and feel comfortable collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, partnered facility staff, patients, and familiesJob Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-timeBenefits: based on job type
