A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensedPhysical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team in Queens on a Part-time basis.About the Opportunity:* Schedule: 3 days a week* Hours: 8am to 2:30pm* Setting: Preschool* Age Range: 3 to 5 years oldPaid note taking will be completed onsite at the end of the day.Responsibilities:The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for:* Providing screening, evaluation, and therapy services, as assigned* Participating in interdisciplinary case conferences to determine diagnosis and developing appropriate treatment plans for children* Providing consultation on issues involving effective motor development to teaching staff and other appropriate programmatic staff and programs* Providing information to families regarding their childs motor development and stimulation* Maintaining and making all records and reports available requiredPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school (New graduates will be considered!)* NYS Physical Therapist (PT)licenseDesired Skills:* Experience working with the Pediatric population* Previous experience in a School setting
