Physical Therapist need for 13 weeks in a home health setting in Tulsa, OK.Staff will orient 2-3 days36 hr Guaranteed work week with 30 points per week. Monday through Friday only.Requirements:One year experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation setting or home health.
