POSITION SUMMARY Completes assigned duties including daily upkeep of department, preparation of equipment, preparation of rooms, ordering of supplies, assisting with patient care related tasks under the direct supervision of a therapist, and assisting Administrative Assistant staff with greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling, filing, and providing excellent customer service. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications Required Basic Life Support (CPR) required within 30 days of hire. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Requirements Healthcare experience preferred. Special Skills or Training Requirements Read/Understand written treatment plans. Basic interpersonal skills are needed to communicate with patients, families, staff, and physicians and to perform activities requiring ordinary courtesy and tact. On the job training required to become familiar with various procedures, techniques, and safety precautions. Basic computer skills are required.
