Commute to and from the first and last patient is not reimbursed.- Work with electronic medical record systems including HomeCare HomeBase and Outlook, with proficiency required.- Ensure all documentation is completed within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient.- Open to potential assignment floating to nearby clinics if patient availability is low.- No on-call requirements are specified for this position.
