  • Contribute to the creation and ongoing maintenance of third-party risk management procedures.
  • Oversee and manage third-party processes, including ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, performing gap analyses, and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Carry out regular evaluations and assessments of third-party vendors, including managing the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide regular third-party risk awareness training to key stakeholders.
  • Compile and present essential metrics for management and committee reports.
  • Assist in preparing materials for audits as requested by the internal audit team.
  • Continuously improve the organization's operational risk management practices.
  • Review and challenge Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) for each department when changes occur, including performing annual reviews that aggregate and analyze RCSA results.
  • Maintain a record of operational risk reporting to ensure the organization can effectively monitor, analyze, and apply preventive measures for operational risk incidents.
  • Proactively identify, measure, assess, monitor, and control operational risks to ensure alignment with the organization's risk appetite, independent of business operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management practices.
  • Experience with operational risk management.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and AS400 platforms.
  • Experience with security tools such as antivirus software, vulnerability scanners, and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems.
  • Strong understanding of information security administration.
  • Professional security certification is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of additional security systems or platforms is beneficial.
