Overview: The Hospitality & Housekeeping Team Member is the staff primarily responsible for cleaning and preparing guest and staff accommodations as well as providing excellent customer service to all guests and staff under the direction of the Hospitality Manager, Assistant Manager, Leads,and Camp Management. Essential Functions

Serve the needs of our guests and staff in a spirit of Christian hospitality

Work with the host to respond to guest requests and needs

Maintain a clean, efficient and healthy environment for our guests and staff

Clean, turn-over, and prepare cabins, meeting spaces, and restrooms for guest use

Respond to additional requests and needs of staff and management as needed

Additional Functions

Set-up minor equipment and rooms for guests

Perform minor repair and upkeep on appliances and utilities

Other duties as assigned

All beliefs are listed and founded in God's Word, the Bible.
