Our Thrift Store in Bridgehampton supports our programs and services across Long Island! We are currently seeking a part-time STORE ASSOCIATE, flexible schedule - 3 days/week, 10:30a-6p. The Store Associate is responsible for helping the manager of the thrift store conduct the daily operation of the Boutique Thrift Store. Communicate and interacts with volunteers and customers, helping to sort donations, facilitate a safe and healthy working and shopping environment. Provide excellent customer service and generate a positive net income for the Agency. This position may independently run the store on given days as needed or in concert with the Store Manager.

• QUALIFICATIONS: Availability to work scheduled weekends and holidays
• Experience in fashion retail is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects (40+ lbs)
• Strong positive interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of thrift store operations a plus
