Description
Ticket Sellers/Cashiers provide exceptional customer service while processing sales transactions of various products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Process sales transactions and help customers activate pre-purchased products.
* Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
* Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Be knowledgeable of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
* Be knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about ski areas, services, and current conditions.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* Must have basic computer skills.
* Cash handling experience preferred.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
* Must be able to sit, stand, and talk for long periods of time.
