Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze ticket sales and revenue data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the ticketing, marketing, and sales teams to execute revenue strategies and campaigns.
- Generate actionable insights from sales data to inform ticketing strategies, including dynamic pricing, promotions, and discounting.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on sales performance and revenue optimization efforts.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to achieve revenue goals.
- Act as a key liaison between the ticketing team, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in ticketing, revenue management, or sales analysis, ideally within the live entertainment industry (Broadway experience a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations.
- Experience and general understanding of how ticketing systems operate.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on revenue growth.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in with Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with Broadway or performing arts ticketing processes.
- Strong knowledge of competitor analysis and market trends in the entertainment industry.
