ECS is seeking a Tier 1 Analyst to work in our Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon [contract award].The Tier 1 Analyst is responsible for addressing and resolving technical issues promptly; understands tooling and specialized support for knowledgeable technicians to assist with issues, ensuring minimal impact on mission operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide and employ observability and alerting tool in each environment supplied in the effort.
- Make observability and alerting tools available to Network Operations Center, developers, users, and associated support teams
- Maintain support and operate the existing On-Premise Secret Hardware at VSFB by the end of the on-ramp period. This includes but not limited to Tanzu TKGS Kubernetes, vSphere, MinIO container, Harbor, Nimble storage, Blade Servers, Networking, Switches, Firewalls and required technical support for development, test, and operations
