About The Team

The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Responsible for managing the Creator & Affiliate products in the American e-commerce market, including but not limited to creator growth and incubation, merchant Affiliate operation tools, creator-product matchmaking, agency cap & tap modules, etc.

Continuously iterate and improve the platform based on business growth and data performance, providing merchants and creators with an easy-to-use operational platform.

Collaborate across departments, ensuring high-quality execution to achieve team and project goals.

Design differentiated solutions based on the specific circumstances of different countries.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

3+ years of experience in creator related product work.

Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills, with a systematic product thinking framework.

Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration skills, strong pressure resistance, a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in content-driven commerce is preferred.

Experience in managing large-scale project and a sense of ownership are preferred.

Job Information:

For Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
