Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the TikTok Shop Lead for our growing brand. This individual will spearhead the development, management, and optimization of our TikTok Shop presence to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a digital-savvy professional with a deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, e-commerce trends, and the ability to execute data-driven strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop strategy aligned with the company's e-commerce and brand objectives.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the TikTok platform to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration across channels.

Platform Management

  • Manage the end-to-end operations of TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
  • Optimize the customer journey on TikTok Shop to ensure a high-conversion shopping experience.
  • Oversee content creation strategies to align with TikTok's algorithm and audience preferences.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, sales performance) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative campaigns and product displays to enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on TikTok's evolving features and tools, leveraging them to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with TikTok's account management team to gain insights and maximize promotional opportunities.
  • Work closely with influencers, creators, and affiliate partners to amplify reach and drive traffic.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and fulfillment efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Foster strong partnerships with marketing, sales, product, and supply chain teams to align TikTok Shop initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless communication and workflow integration across departments to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage data insights for continuous improvement in content, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Act as the liaison between TikTok Shop operations and other e-commerce platforms to maintain consistency and capitalize on synergies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce, preferably within the CPG sector.
  • Proven success managing TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing strategies specific to TikTok ads.
  • Experience working with TikTok influencers and content creators.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, TikTok analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for emerging technologies and social media innovations.
