We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for TikTok Shop Store/Showcase/branding product, focusing on User Experience and transaction scale.Utilize data analysis, industry research, and user research to identify optimization directions and design and implement product solutions.Continuously improve user penetration, conversion efficiency, and repurchase retention through product planning and collaborative operations.Understand the ecosystem of industry merchants and experts, link various products, production, and transportation, continuously optimize supply and merchant trust, and promote positive business operations for merchants.Qualifications:
5 years of product experience, preferably in e-commerce, trading, and content community Internationalization products.Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to read and edit English documents and communicate and collaborate with local Transportation, Design, and Operation teams.Strong product planning skills, capable of breaking down product methods from business problems and formulating short, medium, and long-term product plans.Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify product problems through data and independently propose solutions.Good user empathy and business logic, with the ability to understand project backgrounds and evaluate project results.Strong cross-team collaboration skills, capable of identifying problems, promoting collaboration among teams, and managing interpersonal relationships effectively.Inclusivity Commitment:TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165,120 - $311,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package provided to recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
