We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands.About the teamSpecial Project will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely across all the department, responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, users and content producers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering the best customer experience by providing the best service.Responsibilities- Allocate and monitor the budget consumption from platform growth strategy perspective, setting milestones and formulating roadmaps - Manage key business analytics and regular business reviews to provide insightful analytical report on SG market- Project management/owner on key initiatives and target setting( e.g. User growth strategy and operation)- Work closely and effectively with various stakeholders (e.g. Category team, Marketing team, UG etc.) to drive and land business resultsQualifications Minimum Qualification- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.- At least 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce - Strong analytical and research skills and proficient in SQL, tableau, Excel and Power Point.Preferred Qualification- Direct experience in eCommerce Industry- Experience and connections with seller and creators- User growth experience in EcommerceTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
