We manufacture brick and distribute our own brick as well as brick and associated products manufactured by others. We operate in 15 states with a philosophy that we are much more than a brick manufacturer and distributor.
Summary We are currently seeking a best in class Tile Installer with excellent organization skills and a personable disposition who will be responsible for setting tile and flooring materials to walls, floors and various other surfaces in homes and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining procedures, communication and customer service. Not only will your efforts allow us to achieve organizational efficiency, you will nurture the pleasant work environment our people love.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position. - Cut and shape materials as specified or as needed
- Mix, apply and spread adhesives to form bed for materials
- Lay and set tile or flooring material to specifications
- Apply grout and sealer to material
- Follow ANSI standards for proper installation
- Follow all safety guidelines during installation
Skills and Experience Required for Success - Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operation power cutting tools
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly

Education - High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
