The Walt Disney World Labor Attendance and Time Team are the people who make sure the hourly Cast Members at Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts have accurate time and attendance records - but the reality is much, much more. Using innovative tech, we make sure that we are in compliance with all federal, state and Disney regulation. We complete audits and design and implement new initiatives to streamline procedures for our Cast Members. The team also helps enable accurate time and pay by assisting with questions from all levels of Cast.

This is an hourly Full Time role reporting to the Walt Disney World Labor Attendance and Time Team, part of the Workforce Management organization.
What You Will Do:
The selected candidate will coordinate the work and priorities of the Time and Attendance Associates and Adjustors at Leadership direction, ensuring all of the day's work is completed to enable an accurate time and attendance for nearly 60,000 Walt Disney World hourly Cast Members. They intervene on the most sophisticated of issues elevated for assistance often leveraging a wide network of partners in addition to their depth of knowledge across time, pay, and attendance policies in all WDW union collective bargaining agreements, FLSA, FMLA, and company policy. This role helps to coordinate research projects while seeking improvements to processes and procedures. We also leverage Microsoft Office, databases, and custom software solutions. The role involves problem-solving, and requires the ability to clearly explain system functionality to users at all levels. No two days as a Time and Attendance Specialist are alike. On any given day, you might:
* Assist Time and Attendance Associates and Adjustors by overseeing the daily operational needs to efficiently and accurately pay Cast Members according to various collective bargaining agreements, company pay policies, and federal/state laws.
* Provide support for internal documentation and reporting of various administrative labor services including documenting record cards, tracking and researching reprimands, and various projects connected to time and attendance policies.
* Use of various labor management systems including MY TIME/Infor/Workbrain, the Cast Deployment System, SAP, GEMS, Zendesk, and eDOCS to accurately pay Cast and assist Leaders with pay rule questions and decisions.
* Partner with professionals and stakeholders across The Walt Disney Company -- including Compensation, Labor Relations, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Labor Systems, Benefits, and Payroll -- to correct and resolve time and attendance issues.
* Assist Cast Members and Leaders in the resolution of their time, pay, and attendance escalated questions.
* Troubleshoot, research, and coordinate problem solve of escalated time, pay, and attendance issues.
* Learn new processes and software - our team is highly supportive of development and education.
* Provide testing support to system improvements and support the organization when planning and implementing new or improved technology.
* Coordinate research projects and develop recommendations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Ability to organize multiple work priorities for a team to completion including training and follow up as needed
* Experience in complex, multi-team work streams
* Basic understanding of HR roles such as Compensation, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Payroll, or HRIS
* Belief in collaboration and the value of community

* We are in a hybrid work model, working three days on site and two days remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Union Collective Bargaining Agreements and the Walt Disney Company Employee Policy Manual.
* Experience with MY TIME (aka Infor, Workbrain), Cast Deployment System (CDS), GEMS, Cast Mobile, EiSS, Zendesk, and/or SAP
* Experience coordinating work in large work teams/streams
