Job Summary:Blasius Kia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Tire and Alignment Specialist. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the Auto industry, located in Watertown, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have experience performing tire replacements and alignments, as well as a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $20 per hour. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. We also provide ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement within our company.Responsibilities:- Perform routine tire rotations, replacements, and repairs- Perform wheel alignments using specialized tools and equipment- Inspect tires and recommend replacements or repairs as needed- Diagnose and troubleshoot alignment and tire-related issues- Keep accurate records of work done and inventory levels- Maintain a clean and organized workspace- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all timesRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience as a tire and alignment specialist- Knowledge of tire and alignment equipment and tools- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components- Basic computer skills- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and customer service skills- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- ASE certification is a plusEEOC statement:Blasius Kia is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
