We also offer a shift differential for our employees who work our night shifts.TNA is looking for Tire Building (ATOM) Technicians to operate production equipment in our fast-paced, automated plant environment. This role is responsible for assembling a green tire through proprietary equipment following technical specs to achieve total customer satisfaction in quality and on-time delivery.QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to read and interpret technical specifications.Must be able to pass background and drug screen.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSLoad components or component material from a rolling.Check machine and building materials for approved tolerance.Monitor the control panel and interpret results for problem-solving by troubleshooting and determining impact on each downstream process.Change and clean extruder dyes.Maintain tire-building goals for each production schedule.Follow safety instructions and SOP guidelines.Report all equipment malfunctions, unsafe equipment, improper functions, and material/product deviations.Report quality assurance abnormalities to the Supervisor.Keep a clean and safe work area throughout your shift.Perform other duties as assigned.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSConstant standing and walking up to 12 hours per day.This position may require lifting bulky objects up to 120 lbs.Push/Pulling wheeled racks.Occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting are required with full range of motion.BEHAVIORSRequiredTeam Player: Works well as a member of a groupDedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrityDetail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done wellMOTIVATIONSRequiredGrowth Opportunities: Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibilityWork-Life Balance: Inspired to perform well by having ample time to pursue work and interests outside of workJob Security: Inspired to perform well by the knowledge that your job is safeGoal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasksSelf-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help#J-18808-Ljbffr
