  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for clinical products in targeted accounts
  • Increase account penetration with existing products and conduct product training sessions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers, including surgeons and purchasing directors
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales goals while managing expenses and adhering to company policies
  • Communicate effectively with diverse customer types and internal teams
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven experience in cold calling and full-cycle sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive improvement
  • Ability to plan and implement actionable strategies with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel 75-80% of the time

  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including senior management
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Background in the medical or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
