Title Administrator - Ford Lincoln
The Sewell Family of Companies is looking for a skilled Vehicle Administrator to work in our business office to help ensure and accuracy and efficacy of our company's operations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and assist customers
* Enter new vehicle purchases
* Verify trade-ins are stocked in accurately
* Code vehicle payments
* Collect monies due and assist with contracts in transit
* License all vehicle sales
* Collect and track all titles
* Scan car deals for processing
* Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Reconcile the accounts and ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
* Attend training classes and meetings.
Education and/or Experience:
* High School Diploma or the equivalent
* 1-year related experience
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
* Strong data entry skills
Compensation:
Hourly rate would depend on experience however the position starts at $15-18 per hour.
Schedule: Monday Friday from 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Qualifications:
In order to be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered.
