Job Title: Title Agency Manager

Location: Austin, Texas

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Title Agency Manager to lead the launch and operations of a new title agency in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, title insurance processes, and local regulations. This role involves setting up the agency, building a team, establishing efficient workflows, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Setup:

* Oversee the establishment of the title agency, including licensing, office setup, and regulatory compliance.

* Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure smooth functioning of the agency.

* Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure all state and federal requirements are met.

Team Leadership:

* Recruit, train, and manage a team of title officers, escrow agents, and administrative staff.

* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team delivers high-quality customer service.

* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operations Management:

* Manage day-to-day operations of title, business development, and escrow personnel.

* Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.

* Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Business Development:

* Create and execute a business development plan to attract clients, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and developers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

* Represent the agency at industry events, networking functions, and community activities.

Financial Management:

* Develop and manage the agency's budget, including setting revenue goals and monitoring expenses.

* Oversee financial reporting and ensure accurate accounting of all transactions.

* Analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in managing a title agency or real estate-related business.

* Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow processes, and local real estate regulations.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Demonstrated ability to build and grow a business.

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Requirements:

* Must hold a valid title insurance license in Texas with necessary regulatory qualifications to act as a manager (pursuant to the Texas Title Insurance Act).

* Familiarity with title agency software and tools. Knowledge of AIM+ and Sureclose are a plus but not required.

* Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
